We rented the larger boat for offshore salmon and halibut fishing, its in great shape (new) and perfect to get out and see the beauty of SE AK, troll for salmon, whale watch, drop crab traps and save money over a full charter, rain or shine. We also rented the small kicker engine (and its cool backpack) to go to the Red Bay Cabin and power the skiff to and from the cabin. Overall the quality and care, as well as local information to keep you safe in your adventures, makes Excursion Outfitters second to none! My husband and I rented the boat and fishing gear to take the kiddos fishing while we were visiting family on POW. We didn't catch the monster halibut we were searching for, but still had a awesome time on the water. The price was well worth the fun we had as a family. Thank you so much for providing a beautiful, well-kept, well-outfitted, boat for our adventures. I needed a boat to go do some exploring out of Craig, and was so happy to find a covered boat to keep me dry in the rain! The boat was extremely clean and well-maintained, and Katie was great to rent from! I was worried about the fact that there weren't any review as this business is new, but I'm glad I took the chance; would rent from again!
